The Girls Proutist Youth Federation mobilizes and develops young women as conscious, capable and socially responsible leaders committed to social justice and progressive social transformation. It seeks to accelerate the Samaj movement through grassroots participation, awareness campaigns, peaceful processions, rallies, social service and the promotion of equality, dignity and economic justice.
- Youth Leadership Development – Develop young women into confident, responsible and socially committed leaders.
- Acceleration of the Samaj Movement – Mobilize young women to actively participate in and accelerate the Samaj movement by strengthening social consciousness, unity and grassroots participation.
- Promotion of Social Justice – Raise awareness and work for social justice, equality, dignity, human rights and the elimination of exploitation, discrimination and injustice.
- PROUT Awareness – Introduce young women to the principles of PROUT, social justice, economic democracy and balanced social development.
- Social Awareness Campaigns – Organize awareness campaigns on important social, economic, environmental and cultural issues affecting society.
- Processions and Rallies – Organize peaceful processions, rallies, public meetings and outreach programmes to create public awareness about social issues, social justice and progressive ideas.
- Skill and Personality Development – Conduct training, workshops, discussions and activities to strengthen leadership, communication, organizational and professional skills.
- Economic Empowerment – Encourage self-reliance, entrepreneurship, cooperative initiatives and economic independence among young women.
- Social Service – Involve young women in community welfare, education, relief work, environmental activities and other constructive social initiatives.
- Cultural and Intellectual Development – Promote literature, art, culture, intellectual discussions and creative expression among young women.
- Building a New Generation of Leaders – Prepare a committed and capable generation of young women who can contribute to building an equitable, progressive and human-centered society.
