Girls Proutist Farmer Federation (GPFF) is a women-oriented agricultural organisation dedicated to the empowerment of women farmers through the principles of PROUT. It seeks to establish economic equality, dignity, ownership, decision-making power and social recognition for women in agriculture, while promoting cooperative, sustainable and scientifically developed agriculture.

To empower women engaged in agriculture and allied activities.

To promote equal access to land, credit, technology, training, agricultural inputs and markets.
To ensure equal remuneration for equal agricultural work.
To increase women’s participation in decision-making related to farming, production, income and agricultural policies.
To promote cooperative farming and cooperative agricultural enterprises.
To encourage scientific, sustainable and environmentally balanced agricultural practices.
To protect women farmers from economic exploitation and social discrimination.
To promote self-reliance and economic independence among women farmers.
To provide education, training and awareness regarding modern agriculture, cooperative systems and PROUT-based economic principles.
To encourage leadership among women in rural communities and agricultural organisations.
To strengthen the social and economic status of women through collective organisation and constructive agricultural activities.
